TERMS OF THE CLEANBEINGS PROGRAM

  • The amount you save on orders when using gift cards, credit codes or discount codes is not eligible to earn points.

  • Taxes and shipping charges are also not eligible to earn points. 

  • The rewards and perks listed above are valid as long as your membership in each tier is maintained.

  • Points can be redeemed with any purchase valued over $75.

  • $20 and $40 discount coupons can be redeemed with any purchase valued over $100.

  • Annual 10% sale date can be any day of the calendar year, giving you a site-wide discount on all products, excluding: gift cards, bundles, sale items, and subscriptions.

  • To earn points on your birthday, you must enter your date of birth at least one month prior to the first day of your birth month. 

  • Product reviews are eligible to earn points when accessed via the review email sent to you after you’ve made a purchase. Reviews must be genuine - reviews left for products that have not been purchased on www.thecleancollective.com are not eligible.

  • Points are only earned for the first follow, like or share on each social media platform listed. To have the share, follow or like applied to your account, please go to Earn Up To 7% Off link at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and access your social accounts through the ‘Earn Points’ tab. If you’ve already liked/followed us, no problem! Click through to your social media profiles from 'Earn Points' tab for our system to recognise this.

  • When you exchange points for coupons, coupon codes are emailed to you when you select ‘Spend Points’. You can redeem only one coupon code per purchase. 

  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned.

  • Earning rules of The CLEANBeings Loyalty Program and its Terms & Conditions are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by The Clean Collective in its sole discretion at any time.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

  • Create an account: 200 points. 

  • Follow us on Instagram: 150 points. Already follow us on Instagram? No problem! Click on 'Earn Up To 7% Off' link at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and access your social accounts through the ‘Earn Points’ tab. If you’ve already liked/followed us, no problem! Click through to your social media profiles from 'Earn Points' tab for our system to recognise this.

  • Like us on Facebook: 150 points. Already like us on Facebook? No problem! Click on 'Earn Up To 7% Off' link at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and access your social accounts through the ‘Earn Points’ tab. If you’ve already liked/followed us, no problem! Click through to your social media profiles from 'Earn Points' tab for our system to recognise this.

  • Social sharing: earn 20 points every time you share us on Facebook.

  • Purchases: all qualifying purchases earn points for every dollar spent, depending on your membership tier (Clean Beans, Clean Pros, Clean Ninjas). 

  • Birthday bonus: celebrate your birthday with an additional 100, 250 or 500 points depending on your membership tier. 

  • Refer a friend: refer a friend for 5% off their first purchase (and they make a purchase) you'll receive 100 points. You can refer as many friends as you like! 

  • Product reviews: earn 20 points for each eligible product review that you leave on thecleancollective.com.

WHAT DO THE TIERS MEAN? (CLEAN BEAN, CLEAN PRO, CLEAN NINJA)

The more you do to create a healthy, eco impact on the planet, the greater the rewards!

You’ll be part of the:

  • Clean Bean Team when you earn 0 – 3,000 points
  • Clean Pro Team when you earn 3,000 - 7,000 points
  • Clean Ninja Team when you earn 7,000+ points

 

DO MY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?

Yes. Points are eligible for redemption for up to twelve months from the date they are earned.

If no points are earned or spent for a twelve-month period, your point balance will be set to zero and your tier will revert to Clean Bean.

Please make sure you spend and earn points within the twelve-month validity period to retain your balance and tier status.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Login and click 'Earn Up To 7% Off' link at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. When you navigate to 'Spend Points' in the pop-up window, you can choose to redeem your points for coupons (in denominations of $5, $10, or $15) which you can cash in on your next purchase.

 

HOW DO I CHECK HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

Login and click the 'Earn Up To 7% Off ' link at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

 

CAN I USE MY POINTS WHEN I CHECKOUT?

Yes! But first you must convert your points to a coupon.

Login and click the 'Earn Up To 7% Off ' link at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. When you navigate to 'Spend Points' in the pop-up window, you can choose to redeem your points for coupons (in denominations of $5, $10, or $15) which you can cash in on your next purchase.

When checking out, you will be presented with the option to apply your coupon code to your purchase.

 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER/CREATED AN ACCOUNT/ENGAGED ON SOCIAL MEDIA BUT I DON'T SEE MY POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT.

Don’t panic! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account.

If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us at hello@thecleancollective.com with your account email address and last order number and we’ll take care of it for you!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED OR CANCELLED?

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your point balance.

 

WHY DID MY POINT BALANCE GO DOWN?

If you or one of your referrals recently cancelled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your point balance.

 

HOW DO I LEAVE THE PROGRAM?

We’re sorry to see you go!

If you would like to leave The CLEANBeings Program, please email us at hello@thecleancollective.com and we will deactivate your account.

Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any points accrued.

You can re-enrol at any time, however, please note that your point balance will reset to zero.
